Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. You can find more information about returns in our Cancellation Policy.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• All labels, seals, and safety packaging must be fully intact.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned.
• The return period is 14 days from the date you received your order.

How to Return

1. Contact us via email: Retouren@bykopf.de
2. Include your order number.
3. You will receive detailed return instructions from our team.
4. Pack the items securely for shipping.
5. Send your parcel to the following return address:

   Germany

   Please ensure your sender address is clearly visible and include your order number or a copy of the invoice inside the package.

   ⚠️ Returns sent freight collect (unfree) cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days, and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
